if you convert from feet2→yard2
Divide by 32 which is 9

Look what I found!!! NFL SHIELD!!!

Found this graph pretty darn cool...
 

The basic idea is this...
y = m ( x - h ) + k {x > where you want a segment to start/stop}/then same thing for y

y = 0.3(x+3)^2 + 6 {0>x>-5.4} is the parabolic section of the shield in the upper left hand corner!
